How to Open Multiple Oracle Instance in Windows

Go to IE in desktop
Right Click and select properties.
In Target add space –nomerge after iexplore.exe"
Like below and it works.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nomerge
